MaryJo DiBitetto (Aunt of the Bride)
I picked my Aunt MaryJo as my Matron of Honor. Aunt MaryJo is my mom's sister. I consider her one of my best friends. I know I can tell her anything and she will let me know if I am doing the wrong or the right thing. Our personalities are so much alike, that is why I think we get along so well. Aunt MaryJo was so kind and generous enough to buy me my beautiful wedding dress. I will never forget that. Thank you and I love you very much - your love bug.
BRIDESMAID:
Kim Matina (Cousin of the Bride and Matchmaker)
If you read the part about how we met, you would know that it was her and her brother, Chuck, that set Aldo and I up. Kim moved to Pennsylvania about 8 years ago, so it has been hard, but we talk all of the time. I can also talk to her about anything. When she is hear in Rochester, I try to spend as much time as I can with her, her husband, Rick, and her son, Derek - who is also in the wedding. If it wasn't for her and her brother, Aldo and I probably wouldn't be getting married.
BRIDESMAID:
Mimi DeBole (Cousin of the Groom)
Mimi is such a sweet person. I love her and her family - her husband Mike and her two son's Marco and Michael (who are also participants in the wedding). They all welcomed me with opened arms as soon as they met me. They made an uncomfortable situation of meeting Aldo's family very easy.
BRIDESMAID:
Debbie Stroup (Best Friend of the Bride)
I met Debbie when I started a new job at Christopher Pratt's office in 2000. When I started my new job, she was very kind, funny and smart. She really knows her job. At first I was quiet and shy but she got me to come out of my shell. Our friendship has really grown in these 5 years. I saw her be a wonderful mother to her oldest son Tommy (9 years old) and then watch her bring two other beautiful children into this world - Austin (3 years old) and Ashley (3 months).
BRIDESMAID:
Jennifer Isaac (Best Friend of the Bride)
After finishing school for computers, I started a new job at RE/MAX where I met Jen. I have known Jen for 3 years now. When you start working at a new place you are very quiet and reserved. After just a few days of working with Jen, my real self came out and we just hit it off. We have the same personality and are always laughing together. With working at RE/MAX I also met Jack Gagliano. You could tell they were already best of friends but they welcomed me into their friendship. We have the best time when the three of us go out together. After leaving RE/MAX, I didn't really think we would keep in touch. You know how it is when you leave a job and you say you will keep in touch. Well, we have and we still have the best time hanging out together.
BRIDESMAID:
Melissa Julian (Friend of the Bride and Groom)
As with meeting Aldo's family, I was very nervous meeting Aldo's friends. Only after a few weeks of going out with Aldo, Melissa got me involved in planning a surprise party for Aldo's birthday - which falls on New Years Eve. My part was to keep Aldo away from Melissa's house until a certain time. Well come to find out, Aldo does not like surprises. I can still remember the look on his face when they all came out and yelled surprise. As with Aldo's family, his friends were just as welcoming, especially Melissa.
JUNIOR BRIDESMAID:
Isabella Julian (Daughter of Melissa and Joe Julian)
Isabella is a very special girl in our lives. We are both honored to have her in our wedding. She is so excited to participate because her and I have almost the same dress and a beautiful cape to keep us both warm. I look forward to seeing her all dressed up on my wedding day and to have her stand up for me and Aldo.
BEST MEN:
Lenny & Mike Arbore (Brothers of the Groom)
I picked my two brothers as my best men because I couldn't imagine having any other person stand up for me. My brothers and I are very close. I know I can count on them when I need them. I am honored that they are standing up for me at my wedding.
GROOMSMAN:
David Fantanza (Brother of the Bride)
Since dating Michelle, David was very welcoming to me. We have become closer since then. David is a very nice guy and I look forward to getting to know him better.
GROOMSMAN:
Chuck Hain (Cousin of the Bride, Friend of the Groom and Matchmaker)
I have known Chuck for over 10 years. I met Chuck through my brother Lenny. We have made numerous trips out of town including Syracuse and Buffalo. Speaking of Syracuse, don't forget to ask Chuck about 44.
GROOMSMAN:
Mike Arbore (Cousin of the Groom - Husband of Mimi)
Mike joined the family when he married Mimi (also a participant in the wedding). Mike and I have become close throughout the years. I am also godfather to their youngest son Marco.
GROOMSMAN:
Chris DiMascio (Best Friend of the Groom)
I have know Chris for 20 years now. Chris used to work at various bars. If you wanted a prescription filled, you would go and see Chris at the bar. He would be the doctor who made it all better.
GROOMSMAN:
Sal Pusateri (Best Friend of the Groom)
Sal would be the fixer of the group. I met Sal about 15 years ago through our work. I have come to find out that when you need someone to fix something Sal would be the guy. Sal also owns his own Heating and Cooling company.
GROOMSMAN:
Joe Julian (Best Friend of the Groom - Husband of Melissa)
Joe and I met over 15 years ago. When Joe was married to Melissa, I had the honor of standing up for him. Since then, Joe and Melissa have had two beautiful kids whom I am very close with. Throughout the years, Joe and I have purchased numerous properties together.
JUNIOR GROOMSMAN:
Derek Matina (Cousin of the Bride - Son of Kim)
Derek is Michelle's little buddy. He has been since he was born. She was actually in the hospital the day Derek was born. Luckily the nurse let Michelle go see Derek that day. She misses Derek a lot with him living in Pennsylvania. She tries to do a lot with him when he is visiting Rochester. The three of us usually go out to dinner and play Put-Put when he is in town. That is something Derek and Michelle started and now I have the pleasure of participating in. Derek will also be doing a reading on our wedding day.
RING BEARER:
Brenan Hain (Son of Chuck Hain) & Sammy Julian (Son of Melissa and Joe Julian)
Michelle and I are so excited to have them both in our wedding. We can't wait to see if they walk down the isle together and to see them in their little tuxes. Unfortunately Michelle will have to wait until the wedding video to see them walk down the isle.
